Office Assistant
We are looking for an Office Assistant who will be able to support MDPI’s administrative functions. The successful candidate will handle a variety of organizational and clerical support tasks. The suitable candidate will assist employees with all administrative tasks and communicate with external parties. The position of Office Assistant is a full-time position based in our office in Belgrade.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Organizing office and monitoring level of supplies
- Handling phone and email communication
- Updating paperwork and maintaining documentation
- Entering information into internal databases
- Organizing travel by booking accommodations and organizing transportation as required
- Communicating with external vendors such as cleaning service provider and insurance provider
- Greeting visitors and coordinating events when needed
- Assisting colleagues from other MDPI offices visiting Belgrade office
- Tracking employees’ attendance
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Strong English skills in written and spoken language
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
- MS Office proficiency
- Experience as an office assistant will be considered a plus
