Learning and Development Specialist
To strengthen our global teams, we are looking for a Learning and Development Specialist to lead the design and development of digital learning content for our employees worldwide. The position of L&D Specialist is a full-time and one-year fixed-term position based in our office in Belgrade, with option to convert in a permanent employment with career opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze the company structures, career paths and training system in place
- Outline strategies and methods to improve the current learning and development practices
- Organize trainings in the fields of leadership, communication, time and stress management
- Ensure the training journey is aligned with the individual career path
- Lead the planning and execution of global projects ensuring the implementation and application of new structures & practices in our European offices
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in different departments and offices like IT, HR, Office Managers
- Prepare regular reports to your supervisor and the Management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree with major in Economics or HR
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience within L&D, Project Management experience is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, other languages are beneficial
- IT affinity in general and experience with at least one training system
- Proactive, structured way of working and a self-starter mentality
- Capability to work in a dynamic, international environment
- Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
